These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ASA Agent, a service provided by Since Kindly, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

ASA Agent is an AI-powered service that manages Apple Search Ads campaigns on your behalf. You grant us access to your Apple Search Ads account to perform campaign management activities including bid adjustments, keyword management, and budget allocation.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing valid API credentials and maintaining your Apple Search Ads account in good standing. You acknowledge that the agent makes automated decisions and that results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and other factors.

Billing & Cancellation

The Service is billed monthly at $49 per app. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Limitation of Liability

ASA Agent provides campaign management as a service. We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or return on ad spend. We are not liable for any losses resulting from automated campaign management decisions.
